About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to lead our design team and drive project success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies to achieve design excellence and meet client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, promoting a culture of respect, trust, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture and Architectural Registration required.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $92-130k annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
