Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the clinical team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements
  • Currently certified as a STNA in the State of Ohio.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Hospice Aide experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
  • CPR certification preferred, but not required.
  • Current driver's license with current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
