Research Data Operations Lead

Job Description: As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data lifecycle, from collection to storage. Your expertise will ensure that our data meets the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from REDCap to the TX-CTRN Data Warehouse.
- Collaborate with TACC data systems engineers to develop and implement data warehousing solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Work closely with investigators, research staff, and biostatistics teams to provide data support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, ETL processes, and data analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
