Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with the purchase and sale of their homes, including providing market analysis and guidance on contracts and terms of sale.
- Utilize computer technology to manage a database of clients and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Manage marketing and advertising efforts, including websites, mail-outs, and open houses, to attract new clients and promote our services.
