Job Title:

ERP Technical Analyst

Washington Corporations is seeking a skilled ERP Technical Analyst to support multiple platforms of the Oracle JD Edwards ERP Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with JD Edwards ERP systems, specifically in the modules of material management, including Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory, Bar Coding, and Work Orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of JD Edwards ERP systems
  • Provide technical expertise in the areas of material management, including Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory, Bar Coding, and Work Orders
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain functional design documents, technical and user documentation, and configuration changes
  • Support production upgrades, change control, and user testing and training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve JD Edwards ERP applications and operational issues
  • Manage vendor relationships and deliver projects with vendor partners
  • Lead projects, planning, coordination, execution, communications, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
  • Proactively identify dependencies and issues between teams and work to resolve them
  • Communicate project progress, changes, and risks
  • Deliver end-user training, including one-on-one and classroom settings
Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years' experience in the complete life cycle of JD Edwards ERP systems (upgrades, conversions, integrations)
  • Knowledge and experience with developing functional design documents, technical and user documentation, and configuration changes
  • Experience supporting production upgrades, change control, and user testing and training
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving JD Edwards ERP applications and operational issues
  • Experience delivering projects with vendor partners
  • Well-organized task planner with the ability to scope projects in a highly detailed manner
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to interface with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders to influence desired outcomes
  • Able to independently develop functional design documents
Working Conditions:

This is a salaried position with some flexibility in hours once on-call and support coverage schedules are worked out with the team. Employees will be expected to deliver a full 8-10 hours per day, as needed. Applicant must be willing to work additional or non-standard hours to support delivery of time-critical project deadlines.
