About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to provide direct patient care in a group home setting.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, CPR and First Aid certification, and be able to pass the Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification.

The group home has a 5-unit campus with 4-5 residents per unit, a modern facility, and is an all-male facility with a co-ed staff.

On-site amenities include a doctor, therapist, and speech therapist, as well as available parking.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients receive their medication on time
  • Support clients who require assistance with daily living activities
  • Cook meals according to the client's dietary restrictions
  • Assist with household chores and maintain a clean environment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Transport clients to work, recreational activities, and other appointments
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • MAP certification
  • Dependable and reliable
