We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to provide direct patient care in a group home setting.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, CPR and First Aid certification, and be able to pass the Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification.
The group home has a 5-unit campus with 4-5 residents per unit, a modern facility, and is an all-male facility with a co-ed staff.
On-site amenities include a doctor, therapist, and speech therapist, as well as available parking.
Responsibilities- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Support clients who require assistance with daily living activities
- Cook meals according to the client's dietary restrictions
- Assist with household chores and maintain a clean environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Transport clients to work, recreational activities, and other destinations
- Valid driver's license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- MAP certification
- Dependable and reliable
