The Department:
Our community-based department focuses on addressing the needs of clients in their natural environments. We work alongside a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care that goes beyond mere symptom management.
The Role:
As a Children's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (CIBHS) provider, you will:
- Deliver trauma-informed care to children and their families in various community settings.
- Engage in regular case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Maintain a manageable caseload that aligns with your interests and expertise.
- Collaborate with a network of dedicated professionals to enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing psychotherapy and psychological testing as needed.
- Participating in team meetings and adhering to clinic documentation standards.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited institution.
- Full, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota.
- A minimum of one year of experience in community-based clinical services.
- Expertise in delivering psychological services to children and their caregivers.
