Job Overview

Community Relations / Marketing Executive, Hospice

Integrity Home Care and Hospice is in search of a dedicated Account Executive to assume the role of Marketing Executive. This position focuses on cultivating and managing connections with community referral sources to enhance and promote our Hospice services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering relationships with healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, and other community organizations to generate referrals for hospice services.
  • Conducting market research to devise effective sales strategies and objectives.
  • Engaging in sales outreach and assessing the success of sales initiatives.
  • Supporting business development efforts and nurturing strong ties with both new and existing referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • A minimum of two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare sector, ideally within hospice.
  • Formal training in sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated capability in crafting and executing a sales and marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting referral targets in the market.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and presentation skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess established healthcare connections and be adept at networking within the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $70,000-75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunity for monthly commissions.
  • Integrity Home Care & Hospice provides a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, vision, dental, and medical insurance, employer-paid life insurance, a 401k plan with company matching, direct deposit, and an employee assistance program.
