At BBL Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in the catering department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Assist the Banquet Captain in setting up buffets and special food service as needed.
- Read and execute banquet event orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including setting up condiments and clearing tables.
- Respond to guest inquiries and reports special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Food service experience with general knowledge of banquet operations.
- Knowledge of different table settings and styles of service.
- Good customer service and interpersonal communications skills.
