About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Account Manager to join our team at Freeman Landscape, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in supervising teams and ensuring high-quality workmanship. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the landscape industry
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

You will also need to have a solid understanding of maintenance procedures, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Additionally, you should be proficient in using software applications, such as LMN, to manage daily operations and track performance metrics.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
