Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Mike Peters State Farm Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
  • Assist clients with claims and policy changes.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a State insurance license(s), strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand and explain complex insurance products, sales experience preferably in insurance, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**What We Offer:**
Our agency offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses based on performance.
