En este puesto, proporcionarás servicios esenciales a los pacientes de gastroenterología bajo la supervisión de un enfermero profesional. Tus responsabilidades incluirán apoyar los procedimientos, garantizar la seguridad del equipo, mantener el equipo endoscópico, recolectar muestras, colocar monitores en los pacientes y contribuir a la eficiencia general de la sala de gastroenterología.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asistir a médicos y enfermeras durante los procedimientos
  • Verificar la funcionalidad del equipo y realizar controles de seguridad
  • Mantener y preparar el equipo endoscópico para su uso
  • Recolectar y entregar muestras de manera estéril
  • Colaborar en intervenciones terapéuticas como dilataciones y colocación de stents
  • Coordinar la revisión de inventario y el abastecimiento de la sala
  • Adherirse a las políticas y procedimientos del departamento
  • Mantener la confidencialidad del paciente

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente
  • Experiencia previa en un quirófano o unidad de endoscopia preferida
  • Certificación BLS requerida
  • Certificación SGNA requerida dentro de los 6 meses posteriores a la contratación
