Diesel Equipment Specialist

The Diesel Equipment Specialist is a critical member of our team, responsible for performing major and minor repairs on fleet diesel equipment while mentoring junior technicians.
This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on fleet diesel equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and repair complex issues using specialized tools and technology.
- Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Work independently to complete tasks and projects, with minimal supervision.
- 5-7 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance.
- High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Experience.
- Strong understanding of diesel engine mechanics and repair principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- $30.00 per hour or more depending on experience.
