Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CMM Technician to join our team at Lincoln Electric. As a CMM Technician, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and generating CMM programs, as well as using the CMM and other measuring equipment to inspect and verify production and prototype parts, components, assemblies, and tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain CMM programs to ensure accurate and efficient inspection processes
  • Use CMM and other measuring equipment to inspect and verify production and prototype parts, components, assemblies, and tooling
  • Document and report inspection results in a timely manner
  • Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing process sheets to determine inspection requirements
  • Support corporate continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare inspection reports for internal and customer purposes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent work experience
  • PolyWorks/CAPPs software knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading
Work Environment

The CMM Technician will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
