Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold superior customer service standards consistently while maintaining a tidy and professional office atmosphere.

- Oversee the recruitment and training of support personnel, along with performance evaluations and management.
- Supervise both front and back-office teams, stepping in as needed.
- Ensure precise check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist in presenting and clarifying treatment plans to patients.
- Manage the collection of payments, co-payments, and deductibles.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- A minimum of two years of managerial experience in general dentistry.
- Experience within the dental industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- A track record of achieving results, setting objectives, and motivating others to succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Clinical experience and bilingual skills are advantageous.
