Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at U Pull & Pay, a leading provider of used auto parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right auto parts, and providing a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and professional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers in finding the right auto parts, using our digital kiosks and mobile devices to locate inventory.
- Process cash and credit card transactions, receiving and processing car titles and other paperwork.
- Read, interpret, and enter data into our computer systems for accurate record keeping.
- Provide warranty information to customers, communicate sales promotions and upcoming events.
- Meet personal and team performance goals, adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a retail or customer service position.
- Good administrative and organizational skills, including cash management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good computer skills, with the ability to navigate mobile devices.
- Ability to multi-task, stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task.
