Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

- Complete service documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage inventory on service vehicles to ensure necessary parts are available.

- Mentor less experienced technicians by exemplifying company values.
- Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to safety.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Reliable and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in standard computer applications.
- Possession of industry-standard hand tools.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Availability for on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Previous experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration is essential.
- Universal EPA certification is highly preferred.
