About the Role:
  • As an RBT, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans.
  • You will utilize evidence-based techniques to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote positive social interactions.
  • The role offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time or supplementary employment.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions to children with autism, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.
  • Collect data on child progress and communicate findings to the BCBA.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions.
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for children.
Qualifications:
  • Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training program.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to work with children with autism.
