Behavioral Support Technician

We are currently in search of Behavioral Support Technicians who can commit to a schedule from Monday to Friday. ADEAF Inc. is dedicated to providing direct support to children with autism by implementing tailored behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service hours may vary based on the client's age and specific requirements.
  • Typically, sessions are conducted in the afternoons, evenings, and occasionally on weekends, including potential school site visits.
  • Flexible working hours are available, making this an excellent supplementary role for individuals currently engaged as Educators, Students, or Parents with relevant experience.
  • We are looking for candidates who are board certified by the BACB. Training will be provided for those who have not yet completed it.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Tricare certification is a plus.

Employment Type:
  • Contractual positions available, both full-time and part-time.
  • Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Training Requirements:
  • Comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis will be provided for a duration of two weeks or until the individual feels confident to work independently.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:
  • Possession of an active RBT certificate.
  • Completion of a mandatory 40-hour RBT training certificate.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.

Mandatory Requirements for All Staff:
  • Completion of a background check.
  • Negative TB test.
