Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our Nairn branch. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience every time they visit our store. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of product availability and hygiene, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
