As an Investment Product Consultant, you will work directly with advisors to help them navigate our diverse product offerings, providing exposure to all facets of investment product management.

Responsibilities:

  • You will answer inbound calls and emails from advisors, assisting them with questions on various product types.
  • You will work closely with advisors to help them construct portfolios and select products.
  • You will support new product training and assist advisors in understanding product features, suitability requirements, alternative options, and pricing.
  • You will collaborate with key stakeholders and educate, mentor, and share knowledge within the organization and the Product Desk team.

Requirements

  • You should have experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
  • You should be able to operate independently to advance projects and handle advisor escalations.
  • You should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
