Job Description:
The Assistant Vice President, Traded Products Manager will be responsible for delivering a highly competitive set of investment solutions across our brokerage and advisory platforms. This includes expanding our product offering, supporting advisors, addressing operational issues, and delivering new capabilities or minimizing risk exposure to the firm.

As a key member of our Wealth Management Solutions team, you will build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams. Your goal will be to enhance our advisors' and investors' experience while improving our firm's economic and risk profiles.

This role requires an energetic candidate with a financial services background who can think independently, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and creatively solve problems. You will also help develop innovative solutions and new insights that drive improved offerings.

You will act as a product owner for key investment product initiatives, leverage industry knowledge to deliver competitive solutions, lead projects forward, capture feedback from advisors and stakeholders, and partner across the firm to advance initiatives.

Additionally, you will participate in formulating the product development roadmap, build presentations, and deliver findings to leadership and stakeholders. You will also be a member of the product review committees for traded and complex products.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of financial services experience, preferably in investment product/platform management. You should also hold Series 7 and 63 licenses and have 3+ years of mutual fund experience.

Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes within short timeframes. Knowledge of the investment advisory product landscape and familiarity with competition, platform/product trends, and regulation are preferred.
