Job Title: Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and drive efficiency and effectiveness across our processes, policies, and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement operational workflows to maximize productivity and minimize redundancy.
  • Operational Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability for high-performance standards.
  • System and Staff Management: Oversee operational systems and staffing to ensure optimal placement and continuous improvement of interdepartmental processes.
  • Contract and Risk Management: Manage contracts and collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Human Resources Oversight: Work with HR to facilitate employee relations, talent acquisition, performance reviews, and maintain policies aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating productive meetings and ensuring cohesive operations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee staffing and operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal value in agreements.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in operational leadership, with demonstrated success in process improvement and team management.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of operational metrics, budget management, and HR processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
