Spartronics LLC is a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- CPA certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
