About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Spartronics LLC. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. You will be responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close related supporting schedules. Additionally, you will assist with various ad-hoc projects, such as process improvement, financing, and software implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and trend analysis
  • Assist with financial planning and budgeting
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including financial statement auditors and other accounting-related consultants
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience
  • CPA helpful but not required
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills
