Key Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP Security Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and implementing SAP Security Architecture (Fiori, Application, and HANA) - encompassing the analysis of business needs, evaluation and auditing of current systems, solution definition, and conversion into detailed programming specifications.
  • Overseeing SAP security deployment initiatives, ensuring effective execution and integration.
  • Conducting workshops with business stakeholders to create comprehensive design blueprints.
  • Collaborating with clients and teams to deliver solutions while continuously enhancing the quality of outputs.
  • Managing and supervising the design and development of tailored reports.
  • Assisting in defining the scope of potential engagements and crafting proposals.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of eight years of comprehensive SAP Security experience.
  • Expertise in SAP Security with at least five full-lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Security design, development, testing, issue resolution, and post-production support.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA Security migration.
  • Familiarity with Fiori Launchpad.
  • Leadership experience in team settings.
  • Experience in planning and facilitating implementation workshops.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies such as Activate and Agile.
  • Understanding of S/4 HANA.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, as our consultants engage in various roles from design to hands-on configuration.
  • A willingness to support both project-based work and application-managed services (AMS).
  • A strong client service orientation and a proactive approach to executing engagements and project tasks.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to communicate findings and recommendations at a publication-quality level.
  • A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Travel Expectations
Travel is a fundamental aspect of this role, averaging 30-50%. This may vary based on client and project requirements. When not traveling, team members work from their home offices. Relocation is not necessary.
