Microsel Of Colorado Llc is a leading custom computer manufacturer and managed service provider. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Operations Assistant to assist the production team in the efficient and accurate layout of computer systems, servers, notebooks, and other computing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse order pulling, RMA management, and office automation software.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and efficient layout of computer systems, servers, notebooks, and related products
  • Assist the production team by pulling and serializing orders and providing them to the team prior to the completion of previous batch of orders
  • Manage the RMA process with Clients and with Vendors using best practices, attention to detail, process and time management and excellent customer service
  • Assist the warehouse operations team by receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming products for TrinWare Operations
  • Assist the warehouse operations team by pulling orders, packaging orders & shipping products via Fed-Ex, UPS, Courier, Rep Delivery or other delivery methods

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of experience pulling orders and organizing them for next steps in production
  • 1 or more years of Vendor RMA Management or equivalent Customer Service
  • Experience with office automation software especially order management/ERP (MAS90 is a plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on your feet for 8 or more hours per day

Working Hours:

Between the hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm (8 hours plus 1 hour lunch) 40+ hours per week. Set hours to be determined and may fluctuate with operations. Overtime may be required to meet production or operations goals.

Compensation:

$18-22 Hourly Wage
