Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of one or more storage facilities.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their storage requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Enhance sales performance through unit rentals, insurance offerings, and moving supplies.
  • Assist new clients with the rental process and contractual agreements.
  • Manage cash transactions, balance receipts, and process daily deposits.
  • Maintain the facility to ensure it meets high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Work autonomously on daily tasks while collaborating with team members and nearby locations.
  • Run errands as needed and travel to other facility sites.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Preferred 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
