Client Acquisition

We utilize a data-driven approach, constantly refining our strategy to find and engage motivated clients seeking life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content, reaching homeowners who can respond through online links, QR codes, or phone calls. Only those who request information will be contacted, ensuring a high success rate. Many of our advisors earn over $120,000 in their first year, regardless of experience.

Client Fulfillment

As a client advisor, you'll have access to our technology-driven CRM, connecting with clients who've requested consultations. Our system will set virtual appointments from home or anywhere, and our full-time advisors connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners, with some starting part-time and transitioning to full-time.

Advisor Compensation

This is a 1099/commission-based position, with an average compensation of $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, with top advisors protecting 15 to 20 clients per week. You'll earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel, with the potential for equity incentives and agency contracts.

Expectations

This remote position combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor with ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You'll be accountable for your activity and results, with rapid advancement into leadership available. We're transforming the industry and will provide the training, coaching, and tools you need to be a part of this great transformation.
