About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Boone Community Outreach Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with at-risk youth and their families, utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with at-risk youth and families.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community partners and organizations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support.

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field is required.
  • Two years of experience working with youth or families is preferred.
  • Current Family Centered Treatment Certification is a plus.
