Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong technical and mechanical skills, capable of operating and troubleshooting diverse equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures pertinent to equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Implement effective cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment appropriately.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures.
  • Employ strong problem-solving skills and make swift decisions in a dynamic work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to share information clearly.
  • Maintain physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items, and thrive in a physically demanding setting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Exhibit flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Previous food industry experience is advantageous.
