Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and developed care plans.
  • Continuously assess patient condition and needs, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians as necessary.
  • Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
  • Participate in and update nursing care plans to ensure effective patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
Salary and Benefits
