Job Responsibilities
As an LPN/LVN with Aveanna Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
  • Observing and assessing patient condition, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
  • Documenting all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
  • Participating in and updating the nursing care plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • An active, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting or home health experience is preferred.
