About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Analyst to join our team at The Toro Company. As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying parts that are nearing obsolescence and contributing to the engineering change order process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reconcile obsolete parts, ensuring efficient parts distribution and critical spare parts management
  • Analyze inventory to flag obsolete parts and ensure accurate reporting
  • Communicate with surplus buyers regarding bids, payment, and shipments
  • Initiate CRDs for parts obsolescence and provide reports on equipment, parts orders, shipments, and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure needed information is provided for discussion or decisions regarding inventory
  • Support capacity planning, demand forecasting, and supply planning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Plan for Every Part and Clear to Build tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or Business
  • Five plus years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or production planning environments
  • Competent computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • ERP systems experience required, SAP preferred
