About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Content Creator to spearhead the development and execution of creative campaigns across various media channels, ensuring alignment with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Creative Campaigns: Spearhead the development and execution of creative campaigns across various media, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Create Engaging Content: Ideate, create, and curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Manage Digital Campaign Production: Manage digital campaign production, contributing strong conceptual thinking and content creation skills.
  • Maintain Social Media Presence: Monitor social media trends and foster an engaged online community.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align creative efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Track Performance Metrics: Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content for improved reach, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable Experience: Demonstrable experience in creating digital content, with a deep understanding of content requirements and the ability to conceptualize and ideate creative solutions.
  • Portfolio: Portfolio supporting years of prior experience.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Proficiency: Strong eye for design, composition, and layout, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Animated Content Creation: Experience in creating and editing animated content (e.g., GIFs) using software like Photoshop and After Effects, with a plus if experienced in motion graphics and animation.
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong content creation skills across photography, videography, editing, and writing.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
  • Social Media Analytics Tools: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure and interpret performance metrics.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and an ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Trends: Strong knowledge of and passion for social media, pop-culture, and trends.
