Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Med/Surg Nurse to join our team. As a Medical Surgical Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Medical Surgical Nursing experience preferred
