Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Tax Exempt practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to tax-exempt organizations, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to tax-exempt organizations, including tax return preparation and audit defense.
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead teams of tax professionals and assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billings, collections, and tax project budgets.
- Participate in market and business activities external to the firm, contributing to the growth and development of our Tax Exempt practice.
- 8+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax exempt organizations.
- Active CPA, EA or licensed JD.
- Experience managing team members and engagements, with a proven track record of success.
