Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our Corporate Tax Services team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax consulting services to our clients, ensuring their compliance with all tax regulations, and leading a team of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, tax provisions, and tax audits.
  • Provide tax consulting services to clients, advising them on tax-efficient strategies and potential tax implications of business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with clients, understanding their business models, and identifying potential tax issues and solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and laws, and ensure the team's work is compliant with these changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to client service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher in Taxation is preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, preferably in a corporate setting or a public accounting firm.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $160,000 - $225,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus, annual raises, and annual bonuses. Our benefits package includes 5-10% annual bonus, 5-15% year-over-year raises, 5+ weeks of PTO, great medical, dental, and vision benefits, and paid vacation.
