POSITION OVERVIEW

Become a part of Maverick Studios, our internal creative and production agency located in Atlanta, GA.

  • Assist in producing exceptional content that represents Inspire's diverse family of brands and shared services.
  • Ensure that all produced materials align with the core values and culture of Inspire and its brands.
  • Collaborate with fellow Studio members to achieve collective objectives.
  • Work closely with producers, photographers, videographers, and content editors to enhance brand visibility and optimize marketing and communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support marketing and communication initiatives through video and photography for Inspire and its restaurant brands.
  • Participate in team and client meetings, contributing insights and documenting discussions.
  • Engage collaboratively with various teams across corporate, brand, and franchise levels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and coordinating edits with stakeholders.
  • Learn from and collaborate with creatives of diverse skill sets to produce high-quality work.
  • Assist in creating digital, print, and social media assets during photo and video sessions.
  • Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist with crew logistics, including equipment setup and breakdown, catering coordination, and sourcing props.
  • Participate in on-site and off-site productions.
  • Prepare Pre-Production documentation and call sheets for upcoming shoots.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize requests and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and organize graphic elements and video libraries, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.
  • Understand production processes across various media formats for marketing and communication purposes.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and clients when necessary.
  • Develop and enhance industry-related skills.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
  • Working towards a 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Media, Production, Photography, or Visual Media, complemented by a strong portfolio.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1 year
  • At least 1 year of experience in video, photography, or editing within a digital marketing or communications agency, or similar corporate environment. Experience with food and beverage brands is advantageous.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Availability for a minimum of two 8-hour days per week during the fall/spring semesters or full-time during the summer.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with creative production processes in video, design, and print.
  • Knowledge of video/photography workflows and software management.
  • Experience with various media formats, including digital, broadcast, and events.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and project management platforms like Workfront or Jira.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe software, including Premiere and After Effects; knowledge of Final Cut Pro and Davinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of corporate communication tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of production setup and processes.
  • Able to multitask and adapt to learning opportunities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to contributions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
