We are seeking a highly skilled Core Network Architect to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco and Arista Software Defined Network (SDN) Infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and highly available global core and cloud network architectures to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate alternative technologies and architectures in relation to Consolidated Communications' infrastructure needs.
  • Manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales.
  • Develop scripts and processes to test, deploy, and validate changes across all network infrastructure as code, leveraging Ansible and other approved corporate automation and orchestration platforms.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven experience designing, deploying, and managing large-scale multi-vendor enterprise networks.
  • CCIE or CCNP Routing and Switching certifications or equivalent.
  • Expert level knowledge of IP Networking, Routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), SDN (Cisco ACI, Arista Spine, NSX-T etc.), and micro-segmentation.
  • Public Cloud network experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a must.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100 - $110/hour, employee benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
