About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supervisor to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Case Managers and Support Workers in their work with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Case Managers and Support Workers in their work with children and families
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with community agencies to strengthen relationships and improve services
  • Advocate for the needs of children and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Licensure through the Kansas BSRB
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and community partners
