Supervisor - Family Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supervisor to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Case Managers and Support Workers in their work with children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor Case Managers and Support Workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services to families.
- Develop and deliver training programs to help staff build their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with community agencies to strengthen relationships and advocate for improved services.
- Help staff identify and build on family strengths to promote healthy relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Licensure through the Kansas BSRB.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and community agencies.
