Throughout the program, Trainees will collaborate with experienced Mentors, Branch Managers, and a dedicated team of Financial Advisors. This partnership will guide them in establishing their own practice, where they will manage client acquisition, sales initiatives, investment oversight, customer relations, and regulatory compliance, all while prioritizing their personal and professional development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve production objectives to support the company's revenue targets
- Build a client portfolio in alignment with program benchmarks for assets under management and production requirements
- Deliver exceptional client service
- Foster client relationships by evaluating financial needs, investment prospects, and current holdings
- Advise on appropriate investment products and services tailored to client preferences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investment offerings, industry standards, and financial planning strategies
Required Qualifications:
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Comprehension of economic and accounting fundamentals
- Acquaintance with financial markets, banking practices, and data interpretation
- Proficiency in utilizing client relationship management systems and relevant software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities

Educational and Experience Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales or business-related fields
Licenses and Certifications:
- Possession of SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses is required or the ability to obtain them
