Job Summary

Tenet Regional Resource Pool is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in our Critical Care department, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care to critically ill patients. This role requires a high level of expertise and knowledge in critical care nursing, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing
  • Strong knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
