Job Description

Inland Family of Companies is looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Transaction Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
  • Contract Preparation: Develop and review contracts, amendments, and other legal documents for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: Track contract performance, address issues or disputes arising during the contract's lifecycle, and manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with commercial listing, lease, and sale agreements.
    • Understanding of zoning regulations, land use laws, taxation issues related to commercial real estate, and other legal considerations.
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational, attention to detail, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
    • Effective communication skills.
