RTG Medical-Nursing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Traveling Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Intensive Care Unit.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
