  • Member Experience:

    • Manage the club's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platform to track and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage cash drawer and deposit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Administer bi-weekly employee timesheets and resolve any payroll-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume environment, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree or four years of experience in a management role is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

The General Manager must be able to talk, hear, sit, stand, and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.
