- Collaborate with a team of ABA professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure optimal client care.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA.
- Successful completion of a background screening.
- Ability to provide services through various insurance providers.
Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
