Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at our outpatient dialysis center in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients with chronic kidney disease. About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at DaVita Inc., you will be responsible for:
* Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
* Educating patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N)
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
* 1+ year of experience in a dialysis setting or other related healthcare field
